Samsung GX-10

Samsung has released its new GX-10 digital SLR camera. At 10.2 mega-pixels, with shake reduction and a self-cleaning sensor, it is the Pentax K-10d with a Samsung label. Here is a picture from Samsung's website:

This is essentially the Pentax camera with a few cosmetic changes. It uses Pentax glass, just as you would expect at this point. It comes with a lithium-ion battery. This camera should provide the user with excellent image quality. The price, same as the Pentax... $899 (USD).

With Samsung's distribution, this camera will make an impact in some markets as long as supply can meet demand.
